Purpose

 1.1. Real-time aggregation and visualization of production KPIs (efficiency, turnaround time) for anodizing orders from intake through completion.
 1.2. Provide actionable intelligence to operations managers by tracking machine/work center utilization, batch progress, bottlenecks, delays, and job status.
 1.3. Enable management to identify efficiency improvements, benchmark operator performance, and forecast order lead times based on live data.
 1.4. Ensure traceability of each order’s progression, driving quality and regulatory compliance in the anodizing workflow.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. New order entry into ERP/MES system.
 2.2. Update posted to job status (processing, anodizing, QA, shipped).
 2.3. Machine sensor/API update signaling batch completion or anomaly.
 2.4. Manual override or adjustment by production planner via dashboard/UI.
 2.5. Scheduled batch summary (e.g., per shift/end of day).
