Purpose

1.1. Automate the synchronization of every new fireplace store order with CRM and ERP systems to ensure data consistency, streamline fulfillment, improve inventory management, and unify sales records across retail and home & living operations.
1.2. Avoid manual data entry errors and delays by automating order transfer, customer profile population, payment/data flow, and post-sale operations within the home & living industry.
1.3. Enable the automator to handle sales, customer follow-up, inventory adjustments, invoice creation, and delivery scheduling end-to-end after a new order is made.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New order placed on POS, ecommerce store, or phone-in.
2.2. Order status updated to “Confirmed” or “Paid”.
2.3. API/webhook notification signaling new order creation within retail sales channel.
2.4. New entry in sales database or spreadsheet.
