Table reservation management and confirmation

Purpose

1.1. Automate end-to-end management of table reservations for acarajé restaurants, including customer booking, multi-channel confirmations, reminders, waitlist handling, real-time availability updates, data logging, and no-show prevention.
1.2. Enable seamless customer experience across SMS, WhatsApp, email, website forms, voice, and in-app notifications, ensuring efficient utilization and maximizing occupancy.
1.3. Synchronize data with POS, Google Calendar, CRM, and analytics tools for operational efficiency, resource planning, and marketing insights.
