Trigger Conditions

2.1. Receipt of new update from mission partner (via email, form, Google Docs, etc.).
2.2. Scheduled interval (e.g., weekly, monthly batch distribution).
2.3. Manual submission by outreach coordinator.
2.4. Completion of approval or review task.
