Purpose

1.1. Automatically send tailored surveys to participants, volunteers, or community members following community service programs to measure social impact, gather feedback, collect testimonies, and identify improvement areas for Alliance church outreach initiatives.
1.2. Centralize and automate the distribution process to save admin time, increase response, and ensure standardized feedback collection for comprehensive program evaluation and reporting.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Completion of a scheduled outreach, mission, or service event in the church calendar.
2.2. Registration or attendance list update in the church’s member management system.
2.3. Receipt of participant contact data post-event.
2.4. Pre-set follow-up interval (e.g., 24h, 3 days) after event conclusion.
2.5. Manual trigger by outreach coordinators for ad hoc surveys.
