Automated follow-ups for non-participating parents

Purpose

1. Enable timely, consistent outreach to parents who do not participate in Anganwadi events, meetings, or activities through automated reminders, updates, education, and support messages.

Trigger Conditions

1. Child marked as "absent" for specific activities/classes/events in records.

2. Parent has not attended a mandatory meeting or missed an appointment.
