Deadstock alerts and suggested transfers

Purpose

 1.1. Proactively detect, alert, and recommend transfer actions for deadstock appliance parts within multi-location inventory systems.
 1.2. Minimize holding costs, prevent write-offs, and enhance stock utilization by suggesting movement of low-turnover parts to locations with higher demand.
 1.3. Automate notifications to stakeholders and initiate transfer tasks in order processing channels.
 1.4. Integrate inventory records, thresholds, and sales data to ensure data-driven decisions, reduce manual reviews, and accelerate remediation.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Inventory item with zero sales/movement for set period (e.g., 90 days).
 2.2. Item stock exceeds defined max-days-on-hand threshold.
 2.3. New forecast showing low-likelihood of near-term movement for specific parts.
 2.4. Receipt of automated ERP, POS, or WMS deadstock report.
