Digital patient care report generation and sharing

Purpose

 1.1. Automate the creation, completion, and secure distribution of digital patient care reports (PCRs) immediately after each ambulance transport.
 1.2. Reduce manual paperwork, eliminate data re-entry, and ensure real-time availability to hospitals, care teams, and billing staff.
 1.3. Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (e.g., HIPAA), maintain complete incident documentation for legal and auditing purposes.
