Scheduled monthly account statements

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Automation is triggered on the first business day each month at a fixed scheduled time.
 2.2. System checks if statement for prior month is already generated (idempotency check).
 2.3. Automated trigger occurs via timer, cron job, scheduler event in connected software.
 2.4. Automation continues if new unique transactions or billing items for each account are detected for the previous month.
