Payout scheduling for affiliates and partners

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Affiliate or partner balance exceeds minimum payout threshold.

2.3. Manual trigger by finance administrator for special or manual payouts.
2.4. Transaction status in store platform changes to "paid" or "cleared".
