Purpose

 1.1. Enable automatic monitoring and notification for equipment rental fees in Aikido schools.
 1.2. Eliminate manual tracking errors and late payments through system-driven reminders and logging.
 1.3. Synchronize billing records, rental periods, and status updates for both staff and members.
 1.4. Support timely revenue recognition and ensure compliance with internal billing cycles, minimizing missed or delayed fee collection.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. New equipment rental agreement initiated or updated in billing system.
 2.2. Rental fee due date approaching or reached.
 2.3. Payment not received by grace period end.
 2.4. Rental return deadline met or overdue.
