Enable clients to upload documents and have them routed to the correct department

Purpose

1. Automate client document uploads to ensure documents are captured, indexed, validated, and automatically routed to the right insurance department (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy admin) for faster and error-free processing, ensuring compliance and increasing efficiency.

2. Automates extraction, classification, and secure electronic document transfers between clients and multiple internal systems within the insurance provider.

3. Supports omnichannel intake (web, email, mobile), automating notification, review, and storage for policy administration or claims processing.


Trigger Conditions
