Purpose

1.4. To systematically notify stakeholders of upcoming, overdue, or completed supplier review tasks.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New purchase order or delivery entry logged in the inventory system.
2.2. Receipt of goods with non-conformance or quality issue flagged.
2.3. Predefined interval since the last supplier review (e.g., every 90 days).
2.4. Custom KPI thresholds breached (e.g., late delivery rate above 5%).
