Purpose

1. Ensure systematic, accurate creation and approval of Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for ammunition deliveries, capturing quantities, supplier data, inspection status, and approval trails.

2. Automate multi-stage verification integrating logistics, quality control, and finance, reducing manual errors, and guaranteeing compliance with defense procurement standards.

3. Enable real-time notifications, audit readiness, and records centralization to enhance supply chain transparency.


Trigger Conditions

1. Delivery event logged in warehouse management or ERP system.

2. Supplier submits agreed shipment notification (ASN) or electronic delivery receipt.

3. Barcode/RFID scan at receiving dock.

4. Scheduled polling of inbound shipment status from logistics providers.

5. Purchase order (PO) status updated to "Goods Delivered" in procurement platform.
