Real-time inventory monitoring and alerts

Purpose

1.1. Maintain real-time visibility into all inventory levels across MRO, inbound/raw materials, critical aircraft components, and warehouse parts locations.
1.2. Automatically detect shortages, excess holding, and supply chain disruptions; accelerate replenishment and minimize grounding.
1.3. Provide instant alerts to procurement teams, operations managers, and C-suite for critical shortages, expiry, or non-compliance issues.
1.4. Integrate supplier-reserved inventory, IoT stock sensors/readers, and ERP/SCM data, ensuring end-to-end automation.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Inventory drops below pre-set minimum or buffer threshold for any SKU, part, or assembly.
2.2. Delayed or non-scanned inbound consignments detected in inventory management.
2.3. Incoming sensor (IoT) data or RFID scans indicate part location anomalies or temperature excursions for sensitive components.
2.4. Scheduled cycle audits triggering discrepancy in count or quality status.
2.5. Manual override or emergency updates from quality inspectors or procurement leads.
