**Purpose**

**Trigger Conditions**

2.1. Automatedly triggered upon entry of new receivable in inventory management system.
2.2. Trigger fires when supplier sends an electronic Goods Received Note (GRN), delivery notification, or system logs a stock arrival event.
2.3. Alternately, automation can schedule batch reconciliation at predefined intervals (e.g., daily at 5pm).
