Real-time production progress tracking

Purpose

1. Automate real-time production progress tracking across all work centers to provide managers with instant visibility, bottleneck alerts, and KPI dashboards.

2. Enables automated data capture from machine sensors, operator tablets, MES, and ERP through automatable APIs and direct connectors.

3. Supports just-in-time decision-making by automating notifications, status updates, shift reporting, and material replenishment tasks within mold making operations.

Trigger Conditions

1. Automated data push from machine PLCs/IoT sensors after cycle completion.

2. Operator barcode scan or form submission (automated/manual handoff).

3. Periodic fetch from MES, ERP, or production monitoring software via automatable APIs (e.g., every 5 minutes).

4. Exception conditions (e.g., downtime > 10 mins triggers automated alert).

5. Automated receipt of external supplier delivery notices impacting workflows.

6. Automated scheduling milestones hit (e.g., “mold ready for inspection”).
