Purpose

1.2. Ensure the agency immediately adapts to mandates—GDPR, IATA, DOT, FAA, CAA, PCI DSS—affecting fare issuance, refunds, insurance disclosures, accessibility, and data privacy.
1.3. Automatically notify staff, flag discrepancies, maintain versioned archives, and generate audit trails for inspections and regulatory audits.

2.1. Publication of updates by regulatory authority (e.g., RSS feed change, new PDF upload, webpage change).
2.2. API endpoint receives new/changed compliance document.
2.3. Scheduled scan of airline or regulator portals detects new content.
