Work order updates and completion notifications

Purpose

1.1. Notify stakeholders (field crews, project managers, clients) automatically upon work order status change or completion—ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and accelerated workflow in antenna rigging and aerial installation projects.
1.2. Reduce manual follow-up, minimize errors, and document every status update for real-time visibility across job sites and management layers.
1.3. Facilitate compliance reporting, client transparency, and expedited billing or next-stage triggers using automated updates.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Status field in project management or ERP is changed to “In Progress,” “On Hold,” “Complete,” or custom milestone.
2.2. Field technician marks work order as “done” via mobile app.
2.3. QR code scan or NFC tag update signals job site completion.
2.4. Supervisor approval is logged in the system.
2.5. Scheduled workflow reaches pre-set date or time (e.g., end-of-day, deadline).
2.6. Digital signature or photographic evidence uploaded by on-site crew.
