Notification of completed QA checks to relevant parties

Purpose

  1.1. To ensure that all stakeholders—including production supervisors, quality managers, compliance officers, and external auditors—are immediately informed when a QA check is completed in the anodizing process.
  1.2. To support traceability, expedite corrective actions, reduce delays, and maintain compliance with industry and customer standards.
  1.3. To automate record-keeping and ensure every QA event triggers an auditable, consistent notification for regulatory adherence.
  1.4. To foster interdepartmental transparency, enabling swift responses to quality deviations and reinforcing continuous improvement initiatives.

Trigger Conditions

  2.1. QA system logs a completed QA check for any anodizing batch.
  2.2. Data entry or approval by a quality engineer in ERP or dedicated QA tool.
  2.3. Digital signature received on QA checklist for compliance.
  2.4. Detection of a release status change or completed verification in MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
