Purpose

1.1. Enable seamless digital capture of client signatures on quotes for aluminum welding projects; ensure fast, secure, and tamper-evident storage.
1.2. Provide clients with instant access/affirmation while ensuring legal compliance and digital audit trails for every quote signed.
1.3. Allow project managers and welders to track acceptance timelines and act promptly, reducing the risk of unauthorized work and disputed terms.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Quote prepared and marked as “ready for customer approval” in quoting system.
2.2. Customer opens quote document via email or custom link.
2.3. Client completes required digital signature fields.
2.4. Signature event detected (signed/submitted), auto-forward to storage.
