Tracking customer lifetime value metrics

Purpose

1.1. Automatedly collect, process, and unify sales, service, and interaction data to enable continuous monitoring and improvement of customer lifetime value (CLV) for Infiniti dealers.
1.2. Automate aggregation of customer purchase history, retention metrics, cross-sell/upsell activities, and service visits to calculate individualized CLV and cohort trends in the retail auto environment.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New or returning customer purchase/lease transaction recorded in DMS or CRM.

2.3. Customer profile/campaign engagement detected via marketing automation tools.
2.4. Data sync scheduled—hourly, daily, or upon event creation in primary system.
