Environmental impact reporting (fuel/CO2 tracking)

Purpose

1.1. Automate collection, calculation, and reporting of fuel consumption and CO2 emissions for airport shuttle fleets to comply with environmental regulations, enhance sustainability efforts, and provide real-time analytics to stakeholders.
1.2. Integrate multiple data sources (vehicle telematics, fuel purchases, GPS) to consolidate environmental impact metrics into actionable reports and dashboards.
1.3. Enable timely, auditable submissions to regulatory agencies and clients.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automatic trigger upon receiving new telematics or fuel purchase data.
2.2. Scheduled reports generated at specific intervals (daily, weekly, monthly).
2.3. Manual trigger by authorized users via dashboard.
2.4. Exceptions-based trigger when emissions exceed defined thresholds.
