Purpose

1.2 Deliver instant profitability snapshots enabling real-time business adjustments, optimal resource allocation, and transparent reporting for compliance/audit needs.

Trigger Conditions

2.1 On trip completion receipt from dispatch or telematics.
2.2 At scheduled intervals (e.g., daily/weekly summaries).
2.3 On new expense entries from receipts, fuel card data, or driver submissions.
2.4 On external data sync (e.g., fuel price update, maintenance spend).
