Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automated trigger by survey form submission (via Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform, etc.).
2.2. Automator runs as scheduled (e.g., weekly, monthly, or after batch of surveys reached).
2.3. Manual override triggers for special reporting intervals or audit events.
2.4. Automatedly triggered by inbound email parsing or webhook listener for survey submissions.
