Archive finalized reports automatically

Purpose

1.1. Ensure all finalized compliance and operational reports for agricultural engineering projects are securely archived, indexed, and traceable for audits.
1.2. Automate document organization across internal storage, cloud platforms, and regulatory portals according to retention, retrieval, and encryption requirements.
1.3. Maintain immutable records for agricultural certifications, environmental submissions, workflow assessments, and equipment logs.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Report status updated to “Finalized” in document management or project monitoring tool.
2.2. Completion of digital signature workflow for compliance submissions.
2.3. Scheduled archive event upon end-of-month, quarter, or project phase.
2.4. Receipt of notification email or webhook from project management or compliance system confirming report approval.
2.5. Upload or scan of signed report to a designated folder.
