Purpose

1.1. Deliver consolidated daily sales reports from POS and back-office systems to stakeholders, ensuring timely compliance, performance analysis, and operational transparency.
1.2. Support financial oversight, management decision-making, and adherence to reporting standards required in the food & beverage sector.
1.3. Automate report format conversion, generation, and secure delivery across selected channels and recipient groups as per compliance needs.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Scheduled daily at business closing or a fixed time (e.g., 2:00 a.m.).
2.2. Completion of daily sales data upload or POS batch closeout.
2.3. Manual trigger by manager or compliance officer in exceptional cases.
