Purpose

1.3. Automates multi-channel notifications (email, SMS, chat, calendar invites) to guarantee receipt of reminders by all stakeholders.
1.4. Coordinates response tracking and automates follow-ups for non-responders.
1.5. Automates personalized message content based on user role, topic, or target event.

2.2. Upcoming submission deadline detected in managed calendars or event feeds.
2.3. Manual entry or update of new opportunity in research management system.
