Customer pre-arrival reminders

**Purpose**

1.1. Automate the process of sending customer pre-arrival reminders for budget lodging hostels at the corporate hospitality level.
1.2. Ensure guests receive timely, accurate, and personalized pre-arrival communication containing check-in details, hostel policies, payments, COVID protocols, directions, and special instructions.

**Trigger Conditions**

2.1. Reservation is confirmed and a check-in date is set in the property management or booking system.
2.2. X hours or days prior to the scheduled arrival time (configurable, e.g., 24 or 48 hours before check-in).
2.3. Guest contact details (email, phone) are available and consent for communication is recorded.
2.4. No record exists indicating a reminder has already been sent for this reservation.
