Exporting reservation data for analytics

Purpose

1.1. Enable automatic extraction of reservation, table, and guest data for analytics and operational decision making.
1.2. Consolidate information from reservation systems to BI dashboards, CRM, or marketing tools for performance analysis, trend spotting, and targeted campaigns.

Trigger Conditions
