Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Reservation marked as ‘no-show’ in POS or reservation system.
 2.2. Time-based automation triggers post scheduled reservation (e.g., 15-30 minutes of customer absence).
 2.3. Customer does not check in or confirm arrival via automated check-in system or web link.
 2.4. POS/user flags status as ‘no-show’—immediately triggers automation.
