Reminder notifications for reservations

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Reservation is created, modified, or confirmed in the booking system.
2.2. Scheduled time window before reservation (e.g., 24 hours, 3 hours pre-arrival).
2.3. Customer contact information is available (phone, email, app notification token).
2.4. Reminder has not already been sent for a specific reservation.
