Purpose

1.1. Enables Argentinian restaurants to automate the process of identifying, tagging, and tracking VIP/loyalty guests from reservation, check-in, to post-dining experiences.
1.2. Automates cross-channel recognition (web, app, phone, in-person), capturing loyalty program participation, purchase history, and guest preferences for targeting, personalized service, and marketing automation.
1.3. Supports automated multi-platform flagging of high-value guests for exclusive offers, prioritized seating, and event invitations, ensuring a seamless guest management automation system.
