Alerts for high-value or repeat customers

Purpose

1. Alert store staff or management instantly when a high-value or frequent customer makes a purchase or engages, enabling immediate personalized service, loyalty actions, VIP offers, or restock prioritization.
2. Enable tracking, segmentation, and proactive outreach based on defined customer value thresholds and behavioral patterns specifically for African goods retail.

Trigger Conditions

1. Customer completes a single purchase exceeding a defined monetary threshold.
2. Customer’s cumulative spend, frequency, or purchase count crosses preset values.
3. Repeat visit detected within a specified time window (e.g., within 30 days).
4. Use of loyalty points or redemption above a set amount.
5. Any tagged “VIP” or “Frequent Buyer” customer check-in or purchase.
