Track and log all customer interactions

Purpose

  1.1. To automatically track, capture, and log all touchpoints and interactions with customers, including calls, emails, meetings, and messaging across all sales channels.
  1.2. Enable deep visibility into customer engagement, salesperson performance, and opportunity management in the chemical wholesaler sector through streamlined automation.
  1.3. Facilitate audit trails, compliance, and reporting by centralizing all customer interaction data in CRM, cloud, or business intelligence systems via integrated automation.

Trigger Conditions

  2.1. Inbound or outbound call event occurs (via telephony or VoIP automation).
  2.2. Email is sent, replied to, or received between sales rep and customer (via email automation).
  2.3. SMS or WhatsApp message sent or received (messaging automation).
  2.4. Customer submits inquiry through web forms, chat, or support ticket.
  2.5. Calendar meeting scheduled or completed with customer (calendar automation).
  2.6. Sales rep creates or updates opportunity, quote, or deal in CRM.
  2.7. External app logs any touchpoint event via API.
