Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New client inquiry submitted via web form, email, or phone.

2.3. Previous quotation not accepted within defined time interval (e.g., 48 hours).
2.4. Quotation reviewed, marked as won/lost, or customer sends revision feedback.
