Purpose

1.1. Enables systematic real-time monitoring of sales leads’ transition through sales stages such as new, contacted, demo scheduled, qualified, proposal sent, closed-won, closed-lost for Acura vehicles.
1.2. Ensures each sales counselor’s lead is advanced appropriately and reporting dashboards are instantly updated for sales management and compliance.
1.3. Delivers actionable analytics, stage-change insights, and process bottleneck alerts, supporting dealership performance reviews and operational visibility.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Lead creation/modification in CRM or DMS.
2.2. Change in lead status field (e.g., from “contacted” to “test drive scheduled”).
2.3. Sales rep actions (task completed, notes updated, call logged).
2.4. External webhook notices (e.g., inquiry submitted via Acura website form).
2.5. Periodic scheduled batch checks (e.g., every 15 minutes).
