Purpose

1.1. Deliver instant notifications to sales reps when new or high-priority leads enter the CRM, reducing response lag.
1.2. Route leads based on territory, vehicle interest, lead score, or custom filters specific to Acura vehicle sales.
1.3. Ensure consistent follow-up for enhanced lead conversion and customer experience with timely engagement.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. A new lead record is created in the CRM from web forms, third-party lead providers, or call center inputs.
2.2. Lead marked as “high-priority” by scoring model or manual override.
2.3. Update to existing lead indicating urgency (e.g., responded to quote, requested test drive).
2.4. Assignment of lead to a sales rep or change in lead status.
