Purpose

1.1. Centralize all Alfa Romeo prospect and customer lead data from every touchpoint (forms, phone, email, chat, advertising, dealership events) into a CRM; automate assignment, scoring, nurturing, and follow-up workflows for increased sales efficiency, full lead visibility, and reduced leakage.
