Trigger Conditions

2.1. Customer adds one or more appliances to cart but does not check out within a set period (e.g. 1 hour).
2.2. Customer email or phone number captured during browsing session or account registration.
2.3. No purchase completion event is detected after cart activity.
2.4. Optional: Cart value exceeds a specific threshold, or specific high-value items are included.
