Sales report generation and distribution

Purpose

1.1. Automate generation and delivery of periodic sales reports for agricultural product wholesalers to ensure timely insights on orders, inventory, revenue trends, and product performance.
1.2. Integrate sales data from multiple sources, compile it into structured reports (PDF, Excel), schedule and deliver reports via email, cloud storage, or messaging; enable management and stakeholders to make prompt decisions based on real-time information.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Time-based trigger (e.g., end of day, week, month).
2.2. Completion of sales cycle or batch processing in the ERP/CRM system.
2.3. Manual batch trigger by authorized user via dashboard/button.
2.4. On reaching a sales milestone or threshold.
