Trigger Conditions

2.1. User generates a quote online or offline but does not complete an order within a specified time window (e.g., 24–72 hours).
2.2. User starts but fails to complete checkout or requests a quote but does not confirm order.
2.3. CRM pipeline record status stagnates at “Quote Sent,” “Order Started,” or similar stages beyond defined SLA.
2.4. No response or action detected post-abandonment notification or after initial quote has expired.
