Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Quotation marked as "Pending" in the CRM or ERP system for a set period (e.g., 72 hours).

 2.3. Configurable schedule automates repeated reminders (e.g., every 3 days until response).
 2.4. Auto-detection if quotation is updated, cancelled, or closed — cancels automation as relevant.
