Recurring class reminders (SMS/email) to clients

Purpose

1. Automate delivery of scheduled SMS/email reminders for upcoming aerobics classes to clients, reducing no-shows, improving attendance rates, and keeping clients consistently engaged.

2. Ensure reminders are sent at optimized times (e.g., 1 day and 1 hour before class), personalized with client and class information.

3. Consolidate class schedules and client lists, managing recurring notifications and updating recipients dynamically when class rosters change.

4. Help instructors focus on class quality, not admin tasks, by fully automating communications for every scheduled session.


Trigger Conditions

1. Scheduled class time approaches (e.g., 24 hours or 1 hour before start).

2. Client is enrolled/registered for a class.

3. The class is confirmed and the roster is finalized.

4. Optionally, changes in class schedule or cancellation triggers update/cancellation reminders.
