Resource and equipment booking and inventory tracking

Purpose

1.1. Automate end-to-end scheduling, booking, and inventory management for amphitheater resources (e.g., lighting, seating, AV equipment, etc.) and streamline logistics for event planning, minimizing manual coordination, double-booking, and resource conflicts.
1.2. Enable real-time visibility and availability status of equipment and spaces; facilitate automated approval, reservation confirmation, calendar integration, and inventory level tracking.
1.3. Ensure equipment maintenance and availability checks before each event; push notifications, alerting relevant staff of shortages or conflicts automatically.
