Entry/exit tracking and capacity monitoring notifications

Purpose

1. Monitor, log, and alert on real-time entries and exits to manage club capacity, reinforce security, control overcrowding, comply with local regulations, and support rapid incident response.

2. Automatically notify staff or management when capacity thresholds are approached, breached, or restored, and generate compliance-ready logs for audits or incidents.

3. Enable seamless integration of door entry systems, surveillance, ID scanning, and occupancy analytics.

Trigger Conditions

1. Event-based: Entry or exit detected at main, staff, or emergency doors.

2. Threshold-based: Approaching or exceeding maximum allowed occupancy.

3. Schedule-based: After-hours or unscheduled entry attempts.

4. Manual override: Security manual entry or exit (e.g., during evacuation).
