Notify customers of upcoming service appointments

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Scheduled service appointment created or updated in the dealer’s CRM/ERP system.
2.2. Service date/time is within a configurable window (e.g., 24–72 hours before appointment).
2.3. Appointment status is confirmed and not cancelled or rescheduled.
2.4. Customer contact information includes valid channels (mobile, email, etc.).
