Purpose

Trigger Conditions

1. Employee submits a time-off request form (web, email, or portal).

2. Approval/rejection action by supervisor or HR.

3. Requested dates overlap with existing team absences.

4. Automated reminders if approval does not occur after a set time period.

5. Update or revocation of an existing time-off request.
