Trigger Conditions

2.1. Scheduler posts new shift, or shift is vacated/cancelled in HR software.
2.2. Shift marked as “open”, “urgent”, or “needs fill” status in scheduling system.
2.3. End of current bid period or a predetermined time threshold is reached without assignment.
2.4. Staff member proactively requests notification for new openings.
