Employee birthday and milestone alerts

Purpose

1.1. Automate employee birthday and milestone alerts to boost staff morale and foster a positive workplace culture in Finnish restaurants.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. When an employee’s birthday matches today’s date in the HR database.
2.2. When work anniversaries (1 year, 5 years, 10 years, etc.) are reached based on start date.
2.3. When additional custom milestones (e.g., completion of onboarding, promotion dates) are logged in employee records.
2.4. When new personnel are added to the staff database, initiate automated date tracking.
